Come and try your hand at the back basting method, which makes it easy. Margie has been using this method for over two decades. She will share the basting method as well as tips on the tricky bits of hand appliqué.

Supply list:

*Fabric scraps for appliques with matching (regular sewing) thread

*Light colored hand quilting thread if you have it

*Pins, a needle threader if needed

*Small sharp scissors.

*Margie will provide 10" x 10" light-colored backgrounds marked and ready to stitch, as well as needles and extras supplies.
